Seven Kings

Tonight we were handing out the Boris Oystercard wallets at Seven Kings Station. This time the team - including John Moss who will fight John Biggs in City & East London - wore Boris Boot Camp tee shirts, and people snapped up our offerings even faster than at Romford. A good sign in an area that returns Labour councillors and a Labour MP.

What, no t-shirt for you Roger?

I'm getting the arms shortened.

Roger,

I'd stick with the existing look. Nothing looks more stupid than crap political t-shirts worn over the top of shirts

Oh dear: if you are mistaking an enthusiasm for a free tee shirt for a sudden increase in support for the Tories I am afraid your political instincts are failing, Roger ... I'm glad to see you were man enough to refuse to wear the offending item though: your dignity remains intact. Kind of.
Are the boots being supplied by a certain ladies's shoe shop in Romford?

Boots, Mrs Angry? Are you suggesting he's some sort of bovver boy?

I was initially puzzled by that comment too Rr - I think it is a reference to the 'Boris Boot Camp' logo. In fact there were neither boots nor a camp at that Boris event.

Is camping one of your hobbies, Mr Evans? Probably doesn't go down awfully well in Romford, I would guess. Not very broadminded, are they?
