There is one question which seems to leap o...Roger<br /><br />There is one question which seems to leap out. Brian Coleman has slashed the LFEPA reserves, whilst the Conservative group are calling Ken Livingstone irresponsible for doing the same to Transport.<br /><br />I would have thought that a major civil defence incident could easily gobble up the scant reserves set aside for LFEPA, and is entirely unpredictable wheras the TFL budget is presumably less at risk of changes from such catastrophic problems. <br /><br />London is the focus of the world for the Olympics, so the question must be asked, is this really a year when we should be cutting the LFEPA reserves? <br /><br />Did anyone actually ask Mr Coleman this question.
